Shipping

National shipments
Peninsular Spain: it will be processed and sent within 24 to 48 business hours. The cost of shipping per unit is €10 VAT included. Currently shipments are made through the GLS company.
Balearic Islands: between 2 and 5 working days approximately. The cost of shipping per unit is €15 VAT included. Shipments can be made through the transport company that meets our price and delivery time needs.
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: approximately 7 to 10 business days. The cost of shipping per unit is €15 VAT included. Shipments can be made through the transport company that meets our price and delivery time needs.
Aspects to take into account regarding delivery time:
The delivery time is valid for products that are in our stock made from Monday to Thursday (holidays excluded) before 6:00 p.m. Orders are sent after verifying your payment, so the payment system you choose may delay delivery.
On weekends there are not deliveries.
Shipping to Portugal
Shipments to the Portuguese peninsula will be sent within 2 and 3 business days. All islands are excluded from shipping. The cost of shipping per unit is €15 VAT included. Shipments can be made through the transport company that meets our price and delivery time needs.
International deliveries

SHIPMENTS TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
Shipping costs for these countries will be indicated at the time of purchase depending on the destination country selected. For purchases destined for countries not belonging to the European Union, VAT/TAX will not be applied to the prices, however, upon receipt of the order, taxes, duties or shipping charges corresponding to said countries may have to be paid. NOTE: A-SIDER.COM will not be responsible for taxes, duties or shipping charges applicable to these countries. For warranty claims, you must contact us by email at contacto@a-sider.com. If an item has to be sent for inspection or repair, round-trip shipping costs, as well as the corresponding customs costs, will be the responsibility of the customer.
Returns, exchanges, damages and lost packages policy
Possible reasons for return
Defective product of origin: Our shipping department checks each product before shipping so that you always receive it in perfect condition, therefore, if your order has suffered deterioration during shipping, A-SIDER undertakes to replace it with another equal one as long as was available in stock or, failing that, proceed to refund the amount paid.
Wrong product: In the event that you receive a product other than the one requested at your home, either due to a shipping error or a typographical error on our website, A-SIDER will replace the item with a new one or we will refund the amount paid in case of breakage. of stock.
By Customer's decision: If for any other reason you decide to return/exchange the item, you will have to take into account that: this change can only be made within 15 calendar days following receipt of the item.
Return and exchange costs
The cost may vary depending on the cause that causes it:
Defective or erroneous product: A-SIDER will assume the cost of the return, both for collection and new shipment. As long as the client complies with the company's Change Request procedure in the time and manner described here.
By customer's decision: if you have changed your mind or simply want to exchange it for another product or color, you can do so by following the deadlines and procedures described here. If everything is correct, we will pay for the returned product with the exception of the costs incurred for its shipping and collection or we will make the product change that you request, charging the collection and re-shipping costs to your order. Our standard rate for collection and re-delivery costs is €10 (VAT included) for larger volume packages, consult.
Deadline for return
The deadline to request to return/exchange an item is 5 days for products with visibly damaged during shipping or 15 calendar days following receipt of the same for products that do not show signs of use. It is essential to present proof of purchase along with the original packaging and labels of the product when returning.
How do I make the return?

If it is up to A-SIDER to bear the costs of the return, we will send a carrier to your home to proceed with the withdrawal of the product and once in our facilities we will manage the exchange of the item or refund of the amount.
If the return is at the customer's discretion, they must assume the return costs (collection and new shipment) -> €10 VAT included. (Valid only for Spain Peninsula) (€20 VAT included in the European Community)
Once the product arrives at our facilities and we verify that it meets the requirements for the return (original packaging, purchase invoice, etc...) we will proceed to return/exchange the item or refund the amount as appropriate.
Money refunds will always be made by the same means that the customer used for the purchase.
